Asking For Self, Male, 19 Years old, Karachi
I'm 19 years old and I just got married a week ago. My complaint is that I can't maintain erection when I'm trying to have intercourse. Although I don't have trouble with erection in the beginning. This is why Thave not been able to penetrate and my wife dont feel any pain which is unusual.My penis size is small (3.5inch when erect) I went to a urologist and he prescribed me some meds.Please help how can i get hard erections and the ability to penetrate.

There are many reasons that why erection is could not be maintained.
If you don't have any physical reasons for that then it might be possible that this might be due to psychological reasons. For that I have to take your history and afterwards I could evaluate the reason behind it. And if required I will then be able to design your treatment plan which will be based upon psychological and behavioural sexual skills training.v
