I’m here posting on behalf of my cousin. He’s going to get married in 6 months so I asked him to get himself tested for semen analysis. And here is the report that is done from FMH. Can anyone please guide me about it and if there’s any problem how can he recover from it. Thanks in advance.

In semen analysis we have to look for 3 parameters which are Count, shape and motility and by doing life style changes, behaviour changes and certain drugs, each one of these patameters can be improved, provided testes retain ability and response to hormone triggers.
