Talk to Urologist on Sperm Motility Zero

Dear Doc,

I am 31 married from last 1.8 years. My wife got pregnant and had a miscarriage in the 4th month of her pregnancy around a year ago. Since then we are trying but no success. Today, got my semen analysis done and to my surprise it is in pretty bad shape. Major, problem that i see is 100% dead sperms which indicates I have necrozoospermia. Test was taken after 48 hours of intercourse. I am having a huge depression. I had a dengue month ago and have been using Neubrol Forte from quiet sometime. Additionally, I was using dapsone tablets for my severe folliculitis issue and quit taking it just few months ago. Beides that I have a high uric acid and cholesterol and have been using Lipiget 10mg from last few months. I exercise regularly from last 3 months and do smoke casually.
