i have a problem with my right testicle I have pain on it and it connects with my right leg and lower back it also shows the effects on my back and my leg the pain continues until i have nightfall or ejection after ejection slowly pain goes off i am back to normal but after some days it happens again with the same way what should i do know i am very scared about it ..

your history is very suggestive of ureteric colic .you probably have a stone in kidney or ureter causing this.get Ultrasound and renal tract ct and consult some competent urologist i will suggest seeing col Qamar Zia in rwp AFIU
