Talk to Urologist on Testicles And Testosterone Issue

 I am living in Karachi  My age is 30 year and it has been one year since my marriage.  I want to know about testosterone level and its role in penile growth. I seen you vedio on this topic on YouTube but sir somethings I can't understand please I request to you  tell me about this reality ,

these are given below ; 

01- When to get a testosterone test? 

02-- Men with smaller than average testicles due to stunted testosterone growth, does increasing testosterone levels increase testicle size?

03- Will increasing the size of the testicles increase the size and thickness of the penis?

04-Or men who have masturbated and this causes the testicles and penis to stop growing, but does taking testosterone supplements increase the size and thickness of the testicles and thus the length and thickness of the penis?
