Semen analysis is done to look for these three parameters.
1. Total count - Ideally more than 40 million
With atleast 20 million per ml
2. Motility- Ideally greater than 50 percent motile with progressive motility
3. Morphology- Should be greater than 50 percent normal
There are certain things which you can do to further increase your fertility chance.
1. Organic diet
2. Regular exercise
3. Cold showers.
