Talk to Urologist on Urinary Problem

In February 2023 I had a problem when I was having pain in lower abdomen and discomfort in testicals, the urine colour was yellow. In ultrasound report my prostate size was 30.40cc. Doctor just suggested to not take medicine for this. But he gave ciproflaxacin and the problem had gone. Now again Since 4 days I was having little pain and discomfort in testicals and lower abdomen... And since 2 days after drinking alot of water I am not having enough urine. Even if i go after 4,5 hours the stream is very weak. Colour is yellow. I got checked again and in ultrasound bladder, prostate kidney sizes are normal... Prostate size is 22cc now... And there is no issue seen in these areas. Please take a look what kind of problem i am having
