Talk to Urologist on Urinary Tract Infection (Kindly Post In Urology)

Kindly guide me about my problem by looking at urine d/r report and the following description of my problem. Since this winters I have been facing issue of urine drops coming out right after waking up in the morning. I also feel the need to urinate right after standing up for any work (most of the times) and sometimes drops comes out while going to toilet. Quantity, smell, etc. related to urine is normal
