Assalamo Alaikum dear. Incontinence after childbirth can be due to multitude of reasons. From severity of VVF or UVF to merely stress Incontinence. We need an usg kub with pmrv, a contrast CT scan with 3d reconstruction may be needed. She will also require a gynae speculum exam if indicated. For a detailed discussion, have an online consultation via marham with me.
