Asking for Mother, Female, 80 years old, Faisalabad
My mother at the age of 80 yrs. is having urine issues. At night she has to pass urine after every hour and sometimes even after half an hour. And sometimes urine if just 2 to 3 drops. Kindly help. She has been taking medicines for Blood pressure and joint issues for the last whole decade.

Most probably it’s the side effect of medication (used for blood pressure); called Diuretics (Spiromide/Lasix) Use this Tablet in Morning, instead of evening as it increase urination( the main purpose of this medicine is to remove extra fluid from the body in heart failure or in high blood pressure) . Contact your doctor to fix the dose of this medicine as it’s dangerous to stop using it without replacing it. And joint issue canbe treated with Painkillers and supplements! ( tablet tonoflex P at night for 5 days and Vitamin D injection once in a week for 2 months). IA she will be better soon.
