Talk to Urologist on Urological/Sexological Problem

Issue of less recurring and soft & unsustainable erection for past 02 years, since after first covid (symptoms were fever, weakness and tachycardia with during covid that lasted for almost 3+ months). Also, sometimes, faces tiredness and develop light fever after long-day physical activity that fade away with rest.

Medical History: - Normal weight, less physically active, no medicine intake. - Had been tested for casual tests in past year for fever & tiredness (alike cbc, lft, and simple thyroid test..all were normal). - Have small kidney stones, that passed last year with medications and also a tiny calculi still reside (Dr. recommended no medical aid required).

Please, help as I am really worried about this condition.
