AOA Sir, "I have varicocele in my left testicle (mild to moderate) and right testicle (mild). I experience pain every 7-8 days and my scrotum remains swollen all the time.
I've attached my ultrasound and semen analysis reports from 6 months ago. Please review them and advise if surgery is necessary. If so, I'll come to see you for a physical checkup. Thank you."
