Talk to Urologist on Varicocele

Hello Doctors, i need to ask about my current situation as i was having pain in my left testicle 2 weeks ago along with lower abdomen. I visited doctor in my city and he asked for ultrasound. After i have gone through ultrasound i was diagnosed with varicocele and i have attached my report also for second opinion. So please someone tell me if there is anything to worry about or any kind of emergency or what further precautions should i take? Thankyou
