he has got a mild vercose viens in left testicular. is there any possible natural treatment like exercise or natural food intakes. some suggest kegel exercises and some suggest foods that enrich blood circulation and testosterone. some one has also suggested "horse-chestnuts" for its quality of being helpful for blood circulation and opening the viens. please suggest the best natural way to get rid of it. does mild vericele lead to male infertility too? how can one avoid being inferile having varicocele? detailed answers will be much appreciated thankfully. jazak Allah

Varicocele treatment is only surgery
there is no medicine or exercise
if one have varicocele it will aggravate with time and damage your sperms , so there is risk of infertility in future

I am not expert of treating it with natural products but if its symptomatic like pain or there is established infertility, then it needs to be treated with surgery. There is no established causal relationship between varicocoele and infertility but in cases of infertility plus varicocoele, it is treated in the hope that it will improve sperm quanitiy and quality.
Two options, open and Laparoscopic ligation.

sir is it okay to let the things go on as they are? if the person goes on with varicocele what are the risks? is there any chance of rupture during intercourse? what is the relation between varicocele and intercourse?

no rupture, no problem in intercourse.
If he feels pain or infertility, he needs to get it treated.

He should focus on his marriage at the moment. Intercourse is as much psychological as physical. So he should keep himself fit both physically and mentally. He should not be worried about Varicocoele at the moment.

no role of natural or herbal stuff in treating varicoclee
yeah mild varicocele can cause infertility
treatment of vacricocle and infertility is medical or surgical. depending upon detailed history clinical examinationamd, and semen analysis.. you can visit clinic clinic or book online appointments
