Mujhe bilateral varicocele hy grade 3 left side grade 1 right side. I am engaged what should i do, should i wait for my marriage or should i do a surgery now. I have attached my semen analysis+Ultrasound reports. kindly help plz.

your semen report is normal
if u have no pain or heaviness in testes then there is no need for surgery.
wait and watch till marriage. If after marriage u have no children for 1 yr or more than that then we have to go for varicocelectomy.
But at present if there are no troublesome symptoms then no need to do surgery at present
