Talk to Urologist on Vericocele And Infertility
Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Islamabad
I've bilateral vericocele. I want to know if attached report can be an issue in conceiving. Suggestions required for conceiving as we tried twice but were not successful.

Varicocele dose affect fertility and in your case motility of Sperms is significantly lower. Needs consultation and further investigations
The analysis seems normal. I would suggest you visit a urologist to see for other causes. And consider repeating semen analysis from an authentic fertility centre
