Talk to Urologist on Wet, Tingling, Numbness, Slight Pain, Cramp

Hello, Doctors. I feel wet feeling like water is dripping down or wetness in my legs alongwith ocassional tingling, cramps, numbness and pain. Sometimes I feel like a nerve is tender/painfull to touch.

I used to take Centrum multivitamins but not anymore, worthy of mentioning.

What could be the reason?
