After the Sindh government extended summer vacations in schools, students in Punjab are looking for some news from the government concerning the extension in summer vacation in Punjab.
Before, the schools in Punjab were closed on May 25, 2024, after the provincial government announced 7 additional holidays due to the heatwave. However, before that, the summer holidays in Punjab were notified to begin from June 1 to August 14, 2024.
As per the Punjab Education Department, all public and private schools will begin on August 15, 2024.

The Sindh government extended summer vacations in the province for all the public and private schools till August 14 due to the scorching heat conditions.
As per the notification given by the Sindh Education Department, all private and government schools will remain closed till August 14, 2024, and will start from August 15, 2024.
The extension in Sindh summer vacation 2024 was made due to extreme heat, a potential heatwave, and the monsoon season.
