Symptoms
An over-active bladder indicates various symptoms, which may include: The overactive bladder is a painful condition. Treatment is possible with lifestyle changes.
Urinary incontinence
It is a failure to stop or control urination. When you feel the need to urinate and you have less time to go to the bathroom.
Frequency of urination
People who experience this symptom need to urinate more often. This is actually an increase in the number of times you urinate.
Urinary Urge Incontinence
Leakage can occur when you want to urinate.
Nocturia
This symptom is indicated by the need to get up and urinate at least twice each night.
Reasons
Frequent urination can be caused by many things. Possible reasons might include:
Weak pelvic muscles
Pregnancy and childbirth in women can cause their pelvic (pelvic) muscles (the muscles and tissues that support the lower abdomen) to stretch and weaken. This can cause the bladder to be out of its normal position. Which can cause leakage of urine.

Medications, alcohol and caffeine
All of these products can weaken the nerves, which in turn can affect brain signals. This can lead to bladder overflow. Diuretics and caffeine can cause your bladder to swell faster and potentially leak.
Infection
Infections, such as urinary tract infections (UTIs), can confuse the bladder nerves and cause urinary incontinence without warning.
Overweight
Being overweight puts extra pressure on the bladder. Which can lead to urge incontinence.
Treatment
It is actually very common to have an overactive bladder. The disease is treatable, but it requires your hard work, in addition to the doctor’s qualifications and guidance. The acute bladder can be treated with lifestyle changes and medication.
Before taking medication, start with healthy habits.
The disease is not physically harmful or fatal, but an Overactive bladder (OAB) can cause embarrassment and limit your work and social life. There are some medications and procedures that can treat (OAB), but since some come with a fairly high cost, I will always start with the lifestyle changes that cause this problem.
I have been involved in the healthcare field for 22 years, and in my experience, these tips are the most effective for improving the bladder that working faster.
Stay away from caffeine, nicotine, and tea.
Occasionally, a patient comes to my office with a 36-ounce soda or a large bottle of water and asks for treatment. In that case, I point to the drink in their hand and tell them that getting rid of it is a good start. Not only can excessive fluid intake contribute to OAB, but food burns such as caffeine and nicotine can make it worse.
Be active
The erratic lifestyle and obesity are the causes of bladder overgrowth. This is because lifting too much weight can weaken the muscles that support the bladder and cause some leaks. I recommend any exercise that strengthens your legs and speeds up your heartbeat (such as cycling or treadmill).
Avoid Stress
Stress and a fast-moving bladder often go hand in hand. When you are always anxious and worried about social issues, stress makes your more active bladder worse. Practice stress-relieving habits such as meditation, deep breathing, and walking.
Timed Voiding
Try setting a specific time throughout the day to use the toilet to retrain your bladder. Gradually, you can increase the time between bathroom breaks and improve your bladder capacity.
