Phirr mein ny Dr.khadija ki YouTube video daiki aur whn sy inhein approach Kiya.Inhoun ny mujy diet plan diya aur sath mein exercises btein. Allah ka bht shukr hai Meri diabetes bhi reverse hu gai hai aur jigr ki reports bhi normal Hein. Iss k sath mein ny apna bht Sara wazn bhi kmm Kiya hai. Allah inhein bht kamyabi sy nawazy. Ameen.
