My experience with Mahnoor has been nothing short of transformational. I was completely stuck, down in the dumps about my career and not sure how to move forward. Mahnoor was absolutely brilliant in her approach and always managed to ask just the right questions. The sessions were testing enlightening enjoyable emotional but most of all empowering. Mahnoor has helped me understand myself, step back and look at the facts around me and increased my confidence hugely. After the first few sessions I had already managed to hand in my notice, put a plan in place for the future and feel excited for what tomorrow would bring. She was always good at reminding me that “I can do this without you” when I would thank her for for help, the truth is, I couldn’t have done it without her! I feel I now have a toolbox to approach any problem life can throw up. I would whole heartedly recommend “Dr Mahnoor” to anyone and especially to those who feel like they are stuck and know they need a change, but are not sure how to make it.
