Dr. Ijaz is emotionally intelligent and he does it effortlessly. He does not need to bring any fancy techniques or give you an advice or solution directly to things because as an educated and experienced person he knows the best thing to do is to listen to a patient actively, empathetically, and to provide them a non-judgemental and non-biased space to express themselves. He won't give you solutions but help you find solutions and helping you to understand things. Ultimately, you're the one who is able to help yourself.

The counselor is attentive and asks good questions. However the session is only 30 minutes which I find very short. I think the average time for counselling sessions should be 1 hour. that would help a lot.
