You don't know but you have a lot of followers in the USA. They need your consultation by telemedicine but some followers, patients prefer face to face consultation. We/your followers would be happy to consult with you and pay you for consultation instead of consulting and paying a medical doctor in the USA because medical doctors in the USA don't give satisfactory attention and time to their patients. Give this idea a consideration because you will be happy to consult with your followers/patients in the USA.
