To get healthy nutrion plan, few months before, a Nutrionist, Aisha Rubab has changed my life from disappointment to happiness. I have found her very professional, experienced and caring. She guided me what to eat and what not to, even she suggested me the appropriate exercises, advices me when to sleep, eat and what to do in a spare time that would be beneficial for my health. To be very honestly, I was facing serve digestion issues. Due to her instructions and the medicines she directed me, I am out of all problems and, now I am physically fit. Too much love and affection for her and such people who give the right advice.
