Two weeks ago, I visited Hameedah Memorial Hospital for the diets consultation as I had a high Uric acid and weighs about 98kg. Dr. Quratulain Anis made a full assessment of me very gently and carefully. She asked me about my daily dietary intake, fluid intake,GI function, meal timings, sleep wake up timings & biochemical findings. I followed her diet plan since 2 weeks as a result my uric acid is controlled now and I also reduces 1.5kg weight as well. And I am fully satisfied with her because she assesses very well.
