I have been struggling with ADHD for a long time. I had visited 3 psychologists prior to this who had all diagnosed me with a myriad of issues including “Atypical Depression” and whatnot. Ms Zaineb took the time to get to know me & the issue and was patient while I talked, only interrupting to ask pertinent questions, but it did not feel like probing for unrelated information. She has had prior experience with ADHD & was monumental in me understanding my issues. We decided to start CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) together and I’m really hopeful for the meaningful impact this would have on my life. She’s definitely not a typical Pakistani psychologist and has a very open mind.
